Return & Refund Policy
Return Window
- Time Frame: Customers can return products within 10 days of receipt.
Condition of Items
- Unworn and Unused: Items must be in their original condition, unworn and unused, with tags still attached.
- Packaging: Products should be returned in their original packaging.
Process for Returns
- Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, customers should contact our customer service team at hello@saangrang.com.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refunds
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify the customer of the approval or rejection of the refund.
- Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Exchanges
- Defective or Damaged Items: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Customers should contact us immediately if they receive a defective or damaged item.
- Exchange Process: For exchanges, send us an email at hello@saangrang.com and send your item to our return address.
Exceptions
- Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
- Custom Orders: Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange.
